The GUI or Graphical install is useful so that we don’t have to always use commands to find our way around the operating system.
The first thing we’re going to do is select the language of your choice. After you have selected your language press continue.

Now you should see the installer component starting to load from the installation media.
You should see the network configureation. Please enter the host name of this system, this will be the name of your computer. For mine I will call it wpgo and change it from the default kali hosthame.
For the Domain name field we are going to leave it blank and press continue.

Select all files in one partition and press continue.
Finish partitioning and write changes to the disk. Now it is asking you if you want to write the changes to the disc.
First we need to know what are the differences? If you select no whenever you make a change to your computer and the computer shuts off whatever changes were made will not be saved and will be lost when you reboot the computer. If you select yes it will be like a normal computer. When you make a change the changes saved even when you shut down and reboot your machine.
We are going to select yes and continue.
You should see the base system starting to install. Now this is done, it is asking you to choose the softwares you want to install we will leave it at the default and press continue.
This is the longest part of the installation process feel free to skip ahead to where the installation is complete.
Now it is asking you if you want to install the GRUB boot loader we want to click yes and press continue. We do not want to enter devices manually we will select the default path given below and press continue. You should see the grub boot loader and installing.
Now it is finishing the installation process. Now that the installation is complete press continue. The machine will reboot then you will have to enter the username and password you created in the installation process.
